I thought I'd start I'd start a squier picture thread. Might be interesting as people are more likely to modify their squiers.
Here is mine, a 2000 Affinity Telecaster. Original Red finish was chipped off with a putty knife. Bridge Pickup is a GFS vintage alnico whatever. Neck Pickup is a "vintage" 1978 Bronco Pickup (even though it's not in the picture). Brass nut, new tuners, black pickguard, 70s pots, etc.

Found a picture of my Affinity 20th Anniversary Butterscotch Blonde Strat. Sweet guitar. I added a fender 5-way switch and pots and a 9 dollar MF pick guard. I believe I'm going to put in a set of Fender noiseless pickups to complete it. Presently, the stock pickups are wrapped in copper foil and I play tuned to E flat.

that supersonic was one of the best playing guitars i ever owned. the build quality was incredible. much better than a mexican fender.

speaking of mexican fenders....

this is my 1996 mexican squier strat.

its got a vintage 72' fender bronco in the bridge and a fender jagstang pickup in the neck. witch hats, tele switch tip, and black fender mustang pickup covers


this is my 2004 squier 51

this guitar has a epiphone dot humbucker in the bridge, refinished in daphne blue, rosewood neck off of a squier fat tele.
