Can't afford a true vintage era 1960's Jazz bass? Fear not. Vintera is here. $999.99

I'm a little bit confused about my two brand-new Vintera-Jazzbasses (which are great in style, handling and specially sound!):

My '60s J and my '70 J already have the same pickup-spacing - and that is 39,5 centimeter (middle 12th fret to middle of bridge-pickup) and so 0,5 centimeters more than my original 1978 J-Bass ... how can that be? ... shouldn't the Vintera 60s J have a 60s pickup-spacing (38 centimeters)? ...

Maybe someone can help me with this problem?

It's only a problem if you see it that way. My guess is that all Ensenada made Jazz bass bodies are the same dimensions and CNC routing. In order to get true 60's spacing would require an actual 1960's bass ($$$$$) or Custom Shop ($$$$). I am not sure if the now discontinued American Vintage Reissue '62 and '63 Jazz had true vintage spacing. They got rave reviews, and I do not recall any remarks/complaints about pickup spacing.
