Day after Thanksgiving or Christmas I use leftover dressing and make an omelette. Dressing consists of Pepperidge Farm cubed sage stuffing, sausage, onions sautéed in butter, mushrooms, celery, turkey broth, and baked in a casserole dish (Usually not enough room to stuff it in the turkey.) (Even though I live in the south, I never acquired a taste for cornbread dressing.)

If I'm going out, then Eggs Benedict, or Steak & Eggs, with grits and toast. (I did acquire a taste for grits.)Steak rare, eggs sunny side up, toast to sop up the runny yolks left on the plate.

Normal day, fried egg sandwich on toast with ham and melted cheese.
Cheers
I never heard of cornbread dressing but I wouldn't be adverse to trying it.
Sounds like an interesting omelette.
Those were my choices as well.
Eggs Benny and Steak n eggs.

I tried grits once.
I tried spaetzle once.
I tried sauerkraut once.
There's a few things I have tried once.
LOL

I'm of German heritage, and agree that sauerkraut is useless.
Spaetzle is just not for breakfast, period. Might be good for Beef Stroganoff.
Grits require copious amounts of melted butter.
I tried haggis once.
Also escargot, but not for breakfast. It's not for me.
Cheers

I forgot to mention, Mark, I use a non-stick coated pan.
I think a bare stainless pan might stick to the pie and I'm just not a big fan of Pam.

Thanks, Matt. All my pans are non-stick coated so I'm good to go. :)

Ohhh ....
I like me some slugs.
I eat all the different slugs.
Escargot, oysters, muscles.
I don't know if they're available elsewhere but I like to buy a product called Triple Smoked Oysters.
They have a much firmer texture than regular smoked oysters.
Less pasty, more meaty and chewy and of course more smokey.
They are goooooood on pizza.
Sometimes I'll get one of those take-it-home-and-cook-it-yourself pizzas.
I don't mean Delissio.
I mean the good ones that don't have nationally known brand names.
I get that home and I dress it up with some real bacon and some triple smoked slugs and add more shredded mozza.
Add a minute or two to the cooking time because I added some mass to the pie.
Slide it onto the pizza stone.
Oh ...
My mouth is watering.
I'm doing that tomorrow.
Maybe I will smoke it .... !

Think of the breakfast leftovers !!

Hmm. I make a lot of homemade pizzas. I never thought of that kind of seafood pizza, but it gives me thought. Thanks, for the creative juices Slugger. :P
