Please help me with the following info. Is the Neck of the Limited Edition Sandblasted Precision Bass provided with Fender graphite neck reinforcement rod?

Many thanks in advance!

The pickguard has a notch for heel-mounted truss-rod adjustments as the picture suggests.

I can't decide. It's almost like I have no reaction at all to it. I'm rarely without a strong opinion one way or the other about the looks of a bass, but this is one of those cases.

Might worry about wrist rash when using a pick. Looks like they left the body bumpy. I don't think I would like a bumpy body. (I mean... you know... in this context and everything.)

Looks smoother than mine and I haven't had a rash or splinter yet!

I think it looks cool. Sure it's kind of gimmicky, and likely just a new slick way to pitch something that is really about cutting cost. However, I can tell you that had they put a 58 Reissue neck on that thing I would have bought it in a heartbeat. It looks a lot like a color version of those "Artisan" guitars Fender did awhile back. (You know, another series they made no basses in. :/ ) They look good. I think it's just a matter of taste.
