I'm new to the forum... I thought I'd post a picture.

This is my very first Precision and what I look forward to waking up to every morning. It's a 2008 MIA and I love her.

Also, there is a possibility that I may be going to check out a first generation, pre-S1 switch model and I was wondering if somebody could tell me a little about them. Thank you.

Thanks! I just ordered a vintage red tort pg when i get it ill slap it on and take some more pics. Dimarzio makes some good sounding pickups! :)

:D Hi my first post here brought this p bass in 1985 brand new in London I have changed nothing its all original including strings :oops: never pulled the neck or pu to date better only the peg head for date it came with no guards and plays like dream for sure my best mate.
The case is a little older brought separately and there is not a scratch on the bass I only play when I am sober :lol: maybe time for new strings.

Cheers one thing thats always puzzled me is that there are no holes in the body or pg to suggest that any covers were fitted is that normal I mean did any ever leave the factory with out covers?
