I am not a purist. This is the only Fender Bass I have ever wanted besides my 66 Jazz (which i rarely play). This bass has seen more than 1000 gigs in my hands.

The Frankenstein as Gary Brawer Calls it:

Body: Dan Ransom Jazz (c.1994) built to my specs with book matched walnut unfinished, heavy grain. http://www.mindspring.com/~mellowtone/basspage.html

Neck: Fender P, 1972 (i have two).

Pickups: Bartolinis (1994)

Keys: (1972)

Bridge (BadAss II) direct from the factory.

Electronics (Mix of new and Vintage Fender Gary had) Vol / Blend / Tone

Set Up and Build: Gary Brawer http://www.brawer.com

Hi There!

I'm kind of new here, I start to play bass two months ago, I am a drummer but bass was something that I always wanted to learn. I bought yesterday a Japanese Precision Bass, E series which means that was made sometime between 1984-1987.
The other one is a Squier JBass perfect for a beginner like me.

Check the Pics...

I will be posting bigger pics tonight.

Cheers from Costa Rica

the fiesta reds are 57ri, 59ri, pino or what?

what is the sunburst? looks nice very bright!

and what is the tobacco sunburst tele bass? cause never seen a tobacco sunburst that nice, is it the CS 53ri?

nice black bass though i would go with blue tort or red tort pickg... still nice
