Lucky dog! Great color, I want one bad! At first, thought about that exact one you got, but will probably go black. How does that neck feel?

If you're asking me, mine feels, and plays great. I'm more impressed with my Precision, than previous ones. luckman67 Would probably say the same for his P Bass.

Mr. Nylon is correct I'm very happy with my Precision :D, the neck feels great to hold & play and the bass is just the right weight a real joy to play and own :D .

I wish in hindsight that I'd had this setup years ago, I would have loved to have found a good Precision & kept it. And for me you can't beat an amp with 15" speakers, just sounds right to me.

+1 Agree! Fender Precision Bass strung in flats through a Fender Rumble 200 or an all tube Fender Bassman through pair of Fender 115 cabs is the true Fender Sound. You can't love it enough! 8)

That's true, but I also like the 18"s as well. It's too bad Fender doesn't, or I believe ever made an 18" speaker cab. I 'd love one if they did. I guess that configuration isn't that popular these days, though.

I agree with Paul you have a great setup there dcollmer, & one that you never really need to change I doubt I'll change mine. I looked at the American Specials & if it had the full early '70's logo, like the Dee Dee Precision I would have bought it.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
