If anybodys interested in hearing the new Fender Precisions I have 3 rough tracks posted at my bands myspace.

All songs played aggressive fingerstyle to get a pick like grind.

Played through Swr Bass 750 head and one Swr Goliath2 cab.
Recorded on 2 channels,1 for direct from the Head D.i. output and 1 for ribbon mike used for cabinet placed 3 feet away. Mix is 75% d.i. 25% cab.
No Effects
Thanks
Frank

Hey everyone
I reposted the songs without guitar or vocals, so it's just bass and drums. The mix isn't that great because it's not mixed yet. Anyway, you can kinda get an idea of how aggressive the new p bass can sound without a pick. My bass has a rosewood fretboard and alder body, both are supposed to make for a mellow sounding bass. People also say a p bass doesn't cut as well as a jazz but I think it's all in the way it's played.
Anyway, if you like what you hear and have a myspace page, hit me up for a friends request. I'd like to hear what people are up to.
Thanks 8)

Hey There
I have some live videos posted of my 2008 Precision posted here
www.myspace.com/sunsetjunk
I'm playing it thru a Dunlop Cry Baby Bass 105Q and a Boss ODB3 into a SWR 750 and Goliath2 cabinet.
Anyone with myspace pages feels free to add a friend request.
Thanks
