Anyone own one? What do you like or dislike?

I'm thinking of getting one in butterscotch.

I have one in Butterscotch and I love it. I love the old school B width P neck, the slab body, and the sound of the bass. I would recommend trying either a 51RI or a Sting before buying if at all possible. The SCPB is an entirely different animal then a Split Coil P, or a J bass. It can be alot to handle, but the way it sounds in the mix is TDF.

Good luck.

I saw the Sting bass and liked it, but that butterscotch finish is what won me over. I've got three sunburst Precisions already but nothing like the butterscotch. I'm looking forward to putting the chrome bridge and pickup covers on and crankin my Ampeg for some old-school boom-boom! :D
