Well at least Fenton was able to salvage most of those white maple neck blanks.

Fenton called last night at 3:00 AM. He's somewhere between Cancun and Milwaukee, at least that's what he said, he wasn't sure, as usual. He asked what was going on with this topic, I told him and his advice was not to eat peanut butter when you play. i think he nissed the whole concept.

His latest endeavor is to get a Juicy Lucy, so he;s on his way to Minnesota.

He'll be looking for Forum members so wear your Fender hats so he can spot you easily. (He swears that everybody on the Forum has one)

Oh yeah, he's really excited about waving to you, James. he said if he's that close to Canada, you'll be able to see him.

Or go to a gun shop and pick up some Break Free CLP {Cleaner-Lubricant-Preservative} Comes in small yet expensive plastic bottles {$5}. It works very well on firearms even in extreme conditions. I use it for it's intended purpose, but also on my old 1976 Machine Heads. It will unstick your sticky Shallers. Clean & Slick, they'll be ready for their next porn shoot. 8)

Break Free CLP is great! Shake it up well to remix it. WD40 isn't always that great. If you don't reapply it, over a period of time, it hardens into a hard carmel color plastic. 3-in-1 Oil is good too.

Popular use aside, WD-40 is not a lubricant. It is a water displacement spray to temporarily prevent rust, prior to use of a proper lubricant/protectant.

Any low viscosity oil would work. Triflow, BreakFree, Tetragun, 3in1, etc. would all work great. Apply with a Q-tip or pipe cleaner and all will be well!

There is no perfect bass, my four make me happy by covering all the sounds I'm looking for. Wouldn't one bass be ideal?

I'm just really looking for the sound I like from the bass, and amp. Just the sound I like. I'm pretty thumbs up on this match up. A very good deep mellow tone.

I may be at the end of the road. If I do anymore studio sessions work, I'll be ok.
