I play a HWY 1 P-Bass. Ill put up pics later. Its got a 3-tone Tobacco Sunburst finish, rosewood neck. has one hell of a punch, even punchier than the Jazz Bass I have. I got it Monday(god bless guitar center and their memorial day sales) and cant put it down. I like the HWY 1 because it has really good playability and alot of punch. The deluxes just get to expensive. The standards ares till really good though.

Sorry the quality is so bad. We're playing out again tomorrow night, I'll try and get her to bring some on a disc.

Supposedly there's one out there of me playing my 51RI P Bass from another gig and it looks all trippy because the lights made the Butterscotch Blonde seem red and look like it was on fire...then again our singer is known to "partake", if you know what I mean..

Dude you can't even see the bass in that pic! :D

By the way, I recently picked up that '51 reissue and it's a really nice bass for all of $650! Nice growl to it, sounds really similar to my Rics (at least it did until I put a set of 9050MLs on it!)

I know, I'm such a failure. The pic was taken by my girl on her cel, so hence the crappy quality. I still need to get pics from our singer, I'm such a waste of space.

Glad you're diggin' the 51'. I'm never short of amazed by how great mine sounds and plays. I think our next gig is in the middle of July, but I think I'm using the 51 for that, one of these days I'll get my crap together. :(

Just got it any holy C@#p is it awesome! I'll toss some pics up very soon. Now I know what everyone has been talking about all these years. With this and my GK rig, it's sick. Built like a tank, the Blizzard Pearl finish is beautiful, the neck is fantastic.

I don't think that I could ever order me a bass. I have to test them out fo myself and make sure that it plays the way I like and that it has good tonality. Still, I don't want to ruin this party, put some picks up!
