Which are the best woods that fender offers and the worst woods i think that this would definately be something t oconsider but i never thought of it.

Some wood have just a slight difference in tone that I don't think the human ear could differentiate. Others are so different that you kind of wonder, "wow, that's different." Like, alder to compared with agathis, you would be able to tell the difference, but I don't think you would be able to say a maple compared to agathis. Ash and poplar you'd be able to, but not poplar to alder. Warm tones can be adjusted via your amp and eq I think, as long as intonation and everything else being equal.

yeah i understand that but there is always a best of something and i was just wondering which is the best wood FENDER offers because i don't think that they offer agathis or poplar.

No, agathis is reserved for the Squiers since it grows in Asia, and most of the Squiers now are made in some Asian countries - Indonesia, Korea, China, etc. I thought Fender use to have poplar, but I'm prolly mistaken. I think Ash is very nice for the Fender.

ok yeah i didn't think that fender offered agathis or poplar but i wasn't so sure about the poplar.
