sweet, I've got a 2001 P-bass, but as of tomorrow I'll be the proud owner of a brand new black American Precision!! I'm pretty pumped about it, I'll be putting Rotosound flatwounds on it as soon as I pick it up.

I have a 2005, black on black MIA precision with a rosewood 'board. I could not ask for more in a bass.

Hey all...pretty nice forum. I've got a 94' MIM parts P which has a Big Block P neck and SD antiquities with the raised a's in it for the classy stuff, and an '05 MIM P with 1/4 lbs. in it for the nasty stuff.

hey indie-bassist, I'm mountaindew88 from UG. fancy meeting you here! oh yeah, btw, I decided against the black and went with the butterscotch blonde. I'll be throwing a tortoise pickguard on it in a few weeks. I just got it a few hours ago and have been jamming on it all morning!! what fantastic basses the American Fenders are

Hey. i Have a Sting Precision Bass. Its great, posted a pic of it on the show us your precision thread. I see we already have police fans "TheKingOfPain". thats great to see!

Btw, does anyone know if the PB70-84US(fender japan fretless 1970s P bass) is still being manufactured in Japan?

Also, the Sting has a single coil, which is prone to hum, are there any hum cancelling replacements available?

Hello! You can tell I'm lazy purely because I couldn't be bothered to change my name on here lol :P. How's it treating you so far then? Found that you just can help jamming out some funky lines on it? They are fantastic indeed!

Hi guys, 3 P's here:
an AV57 in 2tb,
an AV62 in black
and a 2001 50th Anniversary AmSe P - the butterscotch blonde with black anodised aluminum guard.

Oh, a 4th P if you count the A/E fretless tobacco burst.

thanks to Disco I sold it.........after that stuff I never thought that I would
play again. I just joined and so far I really like what I see.
