When we(not officially a band yet) get together and play or jam, it is usually some Floyd, Sabbath, Jimi, Zeppelin, Nirvana, RATM, and Nine Inch Nails. Lately we, particularly the drummer and myself, have been on alot of original stuff. Thats loads of fun working that stuff out. Ideas and suggestions flowing freely in a creative process. Then going back thru the recordings and trying to figure out what you were playing on the parts you feel are good. It is great fun and I look forward to it as a stress relief.

I LOVE RHCP. They have good guitar and better bass.

My actual favorite to play is just 3 Doors Down, but it depends which instrument I'm playing. Nirvana is also fun, sometimes I fiddle around with "Smells Like Teen Spirit" on the double bass as well, but as I said earlier, it depends on the instrument/mood
