Looks like a Frankenbass - a pre-2009 MIM Standard P-Bass neck mounted into an original MIM Deluxe P-Bass Special body.

where does the input jack be at? The three knobs tells us it's not a regular Mex 95 basswood bass.

Someone has modded this bass by adding a Jazz Bass pickup in the bridge and wiring it like a Special.

In his place I would leave the top-mounted jack intact and drill an extra hole for the front pickup volume - I'd dislike a lot the side-mounted jack.

The P/J basses coming out of Fender Mexico in 94 were Cowpokes and this isn't a Cowpoke nor is it a Cowpoke neck. So it probably is a Fender 94 Model Standard P-Bass neck on some other body which may or may not be Fender. I'd be very careful. There is a chance it is the original neck on the original body with pickup/control/jack mods done by a skilled tech though. Can't know for sure without some disassembly.
