Serial indicates a 2008/2009 model, made in Mexico. Probably a Precision Bass Standard. Since serial numbers can be faked, can not say whether what you have is authentic or not, but it is a real serial number. They were available in a blue called Aguave Blue or sometimes that color is referred to as Blue Aguave but there was no metallic blue. Aguave Blue is sort of grayish blue. If you post photos including closeups of headstock, neck and front of body several people here can tell by looking.

I looked it up in Fender Frontline magazine 2008. That would be Electron Blue. Paint code that year for that color was 87. That was the only blue available on the Standard P or J bass that year. The code 87 has been used for at least TWO other colors over the years. Other 2008 colors were: 06-BLACK, 25-CHROME RED, 32-BROWN SUNBURST, 75-MIDNIGHT WINE, 80-ARCTIC WHITE. Fender does change paints codes now and then on some colors.

The photos look like a genuine 2008 Standard P-Bass to me. Worth about $250 to $320 depending on condition where I live in the central Carolinas. Since that color had sort of a short run and probably not coming back since they have reused that code number there might be someone actually looking for it willing to pay just a tad more, maybe $20 more in a private sale for the Electron Blue. I factored that in on my guestimate of a local private party sale price.
