It's things like this that make me want to find a neglected, beat up MIM Bass and spend 3x the purchase price to finish it in the color I can't live without.

after i fight off shirley i get to fight off him

and to get a real bug in your bonnet, it's chamelion that blue, and then in the right light it changes to a neato metalic purple

I disagree, Chef!. One can always dream. And I happen to be a lot closer to that bass than you are.

Now see, folks, how easy it is to disagree and remain civil?

And I'm still a beginner, so it wouldn't be a fair fight to play.

So, Josey, do you like fudge? I have a killer recipe that makes about 4 pounds. :D

And you know your bass would look better in my arms than in Chef's.

Chef! -- once upon a time, a LONG time ago I actually was a little fluent in French. But that was a long time ago, and didn't include much in the way of slang. Now my brain cells are too busy learning the bass to remember French.

since some of chaps here are kinda mule-brained we get our fun elsewhere... and leave the place to all those very important pack elaborating real solutions (v.i.p.e.r.s.), so there's no space left for rock'n'roll:
-if you feel like freakin' out, joking or ask questions not concerning fender-gear with all its details (chewed down at least 10'000'000 times)
-if you don't want advice on color-charts (e.g. matching lipstick for the girls) and the theory of plink instead of plonk in your bass-sound.
-if you're not into single-coils vs. rosewood-fretboards and all the life-decisive frippery on your axe or even worse: you're NICP!
GET OFF HERE, YOU'RE DISTURBING AND VIOLATING FORUM-RULES!

You used to be low-hz-blow!

So where are you all hanging out now?

you're right, i have many names and many faces... and by judging your naive interest on our further activities you seem to be young and innocent, so you better stay with those v.i.p.e.r.s. here and get all the knowledge on music-gear from the nerds; and when you learned all that extremely important stuff... you may become a musician!
the place where we're now freakin' around is wild and dangerous and far from the common, -nothing for boy-scouts, catholic girls and serious folks which are magisterial here; you'll make them very unhappy!!! :|

Hi the chef. I am new here also and want to get knowledge of the Precision bass. Is there any one here that is a good source of that?

Hi the chef!
If you recommend him as you do I will get in contact with him if I need any questions to be answered. One of the Fender guys on here told me that you have been playing a long time. It is good to have a long time player to talk to. Thank you the chef!

Hi PKBassman.
Being new here I do not know every one to get the good Fender information from but the chef gave me a Fender person to talk to. And even better you know some one else who knows Fender basses too. That is good to know if I have any questions to ask brotherdave and CAFarthers too.
