Here are some tags & "Case Candy" that I have with my Precision Basses
Image
Manual tag, model price tag (I was told this is supposed to be pre-CBS), & first darker orange version of the "tolex" tag.
Image
Late 1960's candy. Note that the manual lists telecaster bass which is not on the mid 1960's manual (both list Precision, Jazz, & BassV). Model price tag, later lighter orange tolex tag with inspection stamp, & an unused 1960's polish cloth.
Image
1970's Precision owners manual, no longer being shared with other basses , rare inspection tag. 70's era dust cloth with paper label (Fender logo no longer on cloth itself, & a set of 70's era strings.
Let's see your case candy from your P-Bass. Vintage stuff especially. Did I miss any from these eras?

I imagine those are good ol' Johnsonvilles. I like them cooked in beer & onions, and then finished on the grill. :D

Because bratty people are best when they're fried!

I saw that sign in my hometown a couple of years ago, and LMAO because the bratwurst thing didn't register at first. And it was a fund raiser for boy scouts so I wondered if any of them were brats.

And yes, I'm originally from WI and still have family in the Green Bay area (2 relatives are Packer season ticket owners).

I have no vintage basses.

However, my 2006 '62 RI Amervintage Pbass came with vintage strap and cable, laquer finish care manual, keys, and thats all I still have. Maybe a sticker and manual too.

I've been in GB since June '00...from NYC originally...but yeah, home is GB now. Hit me up when you and your significant other come to town, we'll have some butter burgers and beer :D
