I am a huge fan of iron maiden. I have been looking for a steve harris bass but I cant find one for under $3000. I think Fender should bring back the bass and give you two color options. Lake Plaicd pule with a maple neck and a smoke mirror pick guard. The other in white with a maple neck and a smoke mirror pick guard. They should both have the decal on the top of the body. It would be awsome it it should be under $1500.

If they do it'll be a CIJ so it would be under $900 just like the Geddy Lee. I'm for it. Huge Steve Harris fan here...the man that made me want to play bass!!!!

I just put a set of Rotosound SH77s on my Steve Harris P-Bass, for that authentic look, plus I like flatwounds anyway. Really nice bass, good luck in your search!

I agree with everything here - the Steve Harris P-bass was a great idea, I'll personally never understand why it was discontinued, I'm sure there was no way it wasn't selling!! Although I didnt get why the scratchplate was red and not mirrored?

C'MON FENDER DUDES, LISTEN TO YOUR MARKET AND RE-ISSUE THE STEVE HARRIS P-BASS!!

Yeah, his basses are usually seen with mirrored pickguards. The claret red pickguard was chosen to represent the colours of his favourite football team West Ham United.

Because he used I it with that colours, watch the Live after death DVD and I think in the number of the beast video he is also using the red scratchplate, and I agree with you, they should reissue this bass

I agree with the reissue, my only problem is I won't be able to swing $800 - $1000 for a bass right now. I would want to, but I'm sure my wife would freak....

What's so weird about his Pbass? I didn't realize that his bass is sparkly?
