Very nice touch, Ox. Much respect. Thank you and let's all never forget the debt we owe to all soldiers past and present.

+ another 1,000! We don't have Memorial Day over here - we have Remembrance Day instead - but as an active supporter of Help for Heroes my thoughts and prayers are with the men and women of the US Forces across the world...

For the rest of the military (I'm in the US Navy), I say thank you for remembering our fallen comrades.

DITTO! Its very easy to forget the true reasons of all our Holidays not just this one,All our Holidays here in the US have a significant meaning(some more than others).
I put MYSELF first in this statement,Its easy for me to forget how many of our Mothers,Brothers,Sisters,Co-Workers and Friends whom gave their lives to pave the way for others to benefit,How truly SELF-LESS of them to do this for people they never met nor will meet.
Enjoy the holiday fellow Americans,I dont agree with all of our leaders decisions or courses of action but I do agree with the end result. LIVE FREE or DIE TRYING!

Leaders come and leaders go. Not just here but all over the world. They start the wars that the people fight and die in. This isn't about anything but recognizing those who have fought and are still fighting.

Thanks for your response. I'm disappointed that more didn't step up.

My personal thanks to all of you that did.

I'm sure those that we honored appreciate it.
