1973-approx....... is that a Mocha finish? I think that's the right spelling. How long has it been in the case? Can I have it? Not really-- it's cool to hear someone is taking up the bass again and on an old Fender t' boot. There was a time when I didn't play for awhile because I was driving around the country. It took me awhile to get back. Good luck -hang in there and post a full report and pictures.

Your guitar was made at the
Fullerton Plant (Fender - CBS Era), USA
in the Year(s): 1973 - 1974

I got that from the Fender dater website.
