Thanks for that post Brother Dave, you always have something interesting and entertaining to share. The best part of what you post is, you always have the facts straight.

I know; I was joking......

It's sardonic humour (British-style..!!).

Mr Campbell has no greater fan than I.

The best part about fora such as this is that they're mercifully devoid of any trace of sycophancy........

Anyway, 'Serious' Dave :D I've been having a good think and you know what: notwithstanding what Tech 21 say, I'm inclined to agree with a lot of what you said about these pedals and I'm actually going to get myself a Bass Driver Deluxe and not the VT...

I'm sure you're right Oxfan: when all's said and done, I bet they're both really great products.

I still reckon Glen wasn't at his best as a 'front-man' though.......

I can remember his TV show from many years ago. There were times when he showed his abilities. Once he became the Glen Cambell of TV fame, I think it was more about personality and vocals than musicianship.

Let's face it, he wasn't exactly struggling in the looks dept, but as for sheer charisma, dazzling repartee and stage 'personality', he sure as sugar was no Elvis...!!

As i remember, they were trying to sell him to the country music market, made him out to be a bit of a hick.
