I think most of us have, it's just a tag line from Squier for their bass package - which usually includes the Affinity P Bass, 5 - 10 watt amp, strap, picks, tuner, and whatever else they can think off. The idea is to get kids (or teens, or adults) that are interested in playing bass to get a value package and learn to play. They have this for guitars too.

Basically it's the Affinity P-Bass but in the Bass Pak combo.

Not hugely :)

Good for a first bass, though I'm told the normal squires are far better than the Affinity series.
