Hi All, here is my problem: bass stolen about a month ago, cops found it but someone removed all of the wiring, literally cut it up, it was all returned but in pieces in a bag. Unfortunately I have no idea how to put it back together. I will try & explain what I see:
it's a Fender Precision Bass Active, 2 P pickups & 1 J pickup. The electronics are positioned on the face plate as such:
1/4" jack, one pod, a toggle switch, one pod, a red light, one pod
I know it's not much to go on but that's all I can provide
If anyone has a diagram for this, that would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks

Hi thanks for this link, I appreciate your response, however I have gone to this site & cannot find the layout that I used to see before, perhaps it is not an original wiring?? I know it was made in Korea & not much was done to record stuff during that time. When it was working this is what I had:
a 1/4" jack for plug-in, then a double turning pod, a wide bottom knob & a slender top knob. Then there was a switch to turn the preamp on & off, when I used that, a red light would come on, there was also 2 other single pods to switch between the P & J pickups.
I am not the worlds best electronics guy, usually if I plug it in & it works, all is good, anything after that, I need help from others. Perhaps I am missing something on that site. Any other suggestions??
Again thanks for your concern!!
