i have been looking to get a new 4 string fender bass, i LOVE the p-bass, j-bass, and jaguar. i dont really like the pj or mustang or musicmaster.

i play music like Hawk Nelson, Stellar Kart, and Switchfoot. I dont know what to do. :/

the look of the bass will have some affect to it, and also i dont want to have to pay over $900 with myself only being 15 years old. i am spoiled :)

i saw a j-bass that was black with black pickguard, maple fretboard, with box inlays, but i cannot find this bass anywhere. i love that bass.

I only like the white/ or black jags

my brother is going to be taking my '78 soon, and my Stingray, and all i will have left is the Peavey, i dont like my peavey.

any suggestions???

How can your brother be taking the two other basses if they are yours?

they arent completely mine, my brother bought them and let me use them for about 5 years because he moved away for work, and now he is coming back and he needs to sell them so he can finish paying off some debts and bills

Sounds like a Geddy Lee. Did it look like THIS but with a black pickguard?

If so that might be it. The black pickguard doesn't come stock on a black body, the white one does. But you could put a black one on it. USA list price is about 1400, online dealers about 1,000.

Seriously though check the Highway One Precision or Jazz out. Best bang for the buck.

There really isn't anything bass amp wise that can compare with the Orange AD200. Its the holy grail of bass amps.
