If I get a Badass II bridge, will the p-bass bridge cover fit over it because I know that the Badass II is bigger then the stock bridge. Thanks.

No, it won't. If your P-bass is a strings-thru-body American Series, then a Badass III might just fit. On a '51 RI, this bridge will fit under the big trapezoidal cover - just. It would surely be a squeeze on a post-57 style cover, but it just might.
Then again, a Badass II is no biggie - why bother? I can see a BAIII working well on a 51 or Telebass, because it gives you the 4-saddle option, but in general, there's not really any problem with that bent bit of steel. It ain't broke. Why fix it?
And, to make the point, I don't even fit the BAIII to my 51 or Telebass, because there's simply no need.
Keep it like Leo intended - as simple as it needs to be to do the job right. If you're fitting the covers anyway, you're happy with the vintage look. Try and be happy with the vintage bridge - it works!
Natch, this is all IMHO...
:D
