okay so my friend needs some help, his pickups fell thru the pickguard and are in the bass. he needs to know how to fix them. any help??

Is it acoustic or solid? If solid he/she needs to take off the pg and try to fish it out with a screw driver. Sorry I can't help more

its a solid. he said they fell out of the pickguard, does he need to re-wire stuff or just screw em back in?

it seems he doesn't have them screwed in. Pics would help a lot if you have em. but thats about all I could think. his screw holes could be stripped and don't hold that size or screws anymore.

Sounds to me as if the screws snapped or something never heard of a stedman so it is probably cheaply made and is a really bad instrument.
