Honestly I see a market for a fender wentz pbass and a squier hoppus jazz.

Make the wentz like his CS version and as for the squier hoppus just add the Blink 182 smiley face or the 182(degrees) thing on the 12 fret.

I would buy the hoppis squier for sure!

I can understand having a market for the squier hoppus, but I don't see one for a Fender Wentz...... it's nothing really... special. It's just a P bass with quarter pounders and no tone control. The only unique thing about it really is some of the styling, which would probably be adjusted for a Fender version. If you look at all the fender signature models, they all have something unique going for them that you can't find in the normal models. I just don't see much unique in the wentz model.

If they ever make a squier hoppus then I would buy it. Only if I could get one in grafitti yellow (Live @ AOL) and shell pink. And make it like the original hoppus bass and don't reverse the pbass pups.

I would buy one of each!

Yeah! Squier Hoppus)) It would be great// I'd like to have Hoppus Bass! But it's quite expensive(( By the way it doesn't have tone pot etc.).. But I think squire would be about 500$.. So It would be great.. There is Mike Dirnt Fender and Squier..

The real question to ask is what the heck is wrong with a good P or J in the first place?

EVERYONE is going to customize their bass a bit with pickups or caps or bridges or something.

Customize your own bass and stop worrying about a Wentz this or Hoppus that. Neither of those players are singularly inspiring anyway.

I've never seen a truly great player slapping an artist series bass. The real good players take a solid basic instrument and modify it.

the fender Hoppus bass rocks. why make a crappy squire version of it. kids who are serious players will usually save the extra cash to get a fender. leave the squires for the starter pack players who will drop playing in about a month anyway.
