If anybody remembers, when all the prices went up, i made a smart mouth comment that rebates would soon be following. Now they're here! Not all that great but I'm sure there will be more. Damn, I hate being right all the time.

My next prediction is,

Fender will be coming out with repair kits for their Roadworn series.

YES OX PREDICTED THE REBATES IN EARLY FEBRUARY! HE DID!

NOW, check out this deal that I just found! GET A FREE Fender B-Dec Bass Amp (sells for $400 for REAL) with the purchase of a Fender Jaguar Bass, Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass, Fender Road Worn '50s Precision Bass, Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass V, Fender Road Worn '60s Jazz Bass or Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass at their regular online price! No jack-up! What a deal! That is better than the $100 rebate!

If you've been thinking of buying any of those basses that would be a really good deal! If you don't like the amp, sell it for $300 in the box new on eBay and you'll still be ahead of the game! (Everyone I know of likes the B-Dec Amp and it is maybe the best practice amp EVER! No KIDDING!)

If anyone wants details on how to get the free Fender B-DEC amp with their new Fender Bass just contact me through my website link in my signature since we aren't supposed to advertise stuff like that here!

OX: I know you don't like the whole Road Worn concept...so Ox... "NO FREE AMP FOR YOU!"

(Actually I agree about the Road Worn series. I want Nitro, but I want to age it the old fashioned way...all by myself over years and years! Just couldn't resist being the "Amp Nazi!" If you get the AMP NAZI joke you are OLD. Really OLD...and worse....a "Seinfeld" fan!)

I'd like to see a bigger rebate than $100 I guess it's better than nothing for those in the market for a new Fender.

Tommy I have NO idea where your email went. I might have replied and it got blocked. Your email could have gotten blocked by the site anti-spam stuff before I ever got it. I get about 300 emails a day and I try to answer them all. WAIT...I have an idea what happened to your mail!!

NEWWWMANNNNNNNNNNNNNN! Where is Tommy's email?

(Newman) "I don't know. We've been really busy here with the new Obama commemorative limited edition and the Secretary Clinton in a snappy pants-suit stamp sales."

Well Newman, Tommy's message was REALLY important to me.....what happened to his VERY important message to me? This is important Newman, like really IMPORTANT!

(Newman) "Sorry, but I don't know. If you'll fill out this lost email form, we can put a trace on it for you, and I guess that I should warn you first that we'll probably NEVER find it, DAVE."

That is not acceptable! I want to talk to your supervisor.

(Newman) "I AM the supervisor Dave."

I bet this sort of thing NEVER happens to Jerry Seinfeld in here!

(Newman) "Well then you should have been here eight years ago."

SERIOUSLY Tommy, I don't know where your message went. Resend it and if it gets through the site's Spam blocking super crap-0-matic filter I'll answer! Have a cigar! They are Cuban you know?
