Ive been have a problem with my new p-bass saddle lately, when i play live somehow my E string gets detuned due to the allen screws holding the string on the saddle moves up, i would guess its from all the vibrations?

. any suggestions on how to solve this? :?:

Try using a little clear nail polish on the bridge saddle screws after you adjust the height. A very little bit on the threads should keep it in place.

I don't know how hard you play or your playing style but the nail polish should do the job.
Don't use Loc-Tite of other thread siezing products. They are overkill ( too strong) for an electric bass or any musical instrument.
