I don't think GuitarPartsResource carries the bridge parts for this bridge. They are SCHALLER bridges but branded "Fender" on these basses. You may have to contact Schaller directly for replacement parts. This is a very specialized bridge. It might be cheaper to buy an entire bridge used and take the parts you need off of it.

The knobs had rubberized knurling with an "F" logo on them. They were only used on the Elite's. Good luck. Maybe try eBay? I think they were also made by Schaller but were customized for Fender with the "F" logo on top.

Also, the Elite knobs are gold on the top, not chrome. All the hardware on the Elite's was gold. The Precision Plus had the exact same hardware but it was chrome. If your bass has chrome hardware it either isn't original hardware or it isn't an Elite.

Notice on the photos below of a 1983 Precision Elite II that the knobs are gold topped. Maybe there was a chrome variation, but I've never seen one. That doesn't mean they don't exist. I believe these knobs were made by Schaller like all the hardware. They had an "F" logo on top.

I've been reading some at talkbass.com about the bridge fine-tuners and it seems people are paying $100 each when one is available for sale. http://www.talkbass.com/forum/archive/index.php/t-163656.html

This thing and yours:

Image

are the first Elite basses I've seen with chrome and a maple fretboard. The only ones I've ever seen had rosewood fretboards and gold hardware. So I stand corrected, chrome ones exist. Could be they were export models.

If this is any help, the same bridges (in chrome) were used on the Precision PLUS and PLUS DELUXE series bases up to 1994. The knobs however were limited to the Elites.

It seems some people removed the intonation fine-tuning parts for some reason, I've read they were thought to be causing string breaks. Now these parts are bringing big money. This same bridge design was available also with a Schaller logo instead of a Fender logo. I've seen some of these with aftermarket Gotoh bridges installed which was possibly done by owners for the same reason..
