Yeah,
I bought a P-Lyte back around 1990. This was when I was the weakest guitar player of the bunch, yet had great timing and could play all that funky slap stuff. I don't think most folks give bass players enough credit. Nothing can screw up the sound worse than a sad bass player that's off rhythm.... it just takes too long for those loud low notes to dissipate!!!!

I still have the P-Lyte and it's in great condition. I use it now for recording backing tracks and to have around for impromtu jams. They stopped making these. How much are these things worth? I think I paid ~$500 for it with the Fender hard case back back in '90.

I keep getting offers for it, but I'm not sure if I want to sell it or how much I should expect to get for it if I do sell it.

they seem pretty alright basses, i played one once but i was really into my rather expensive basses and passed on it for another bass that benifitted me better.
i know overe here in the UK, second hand they have been around £350-500 but all in all it depends on condition and how much people are willing to spend on a bass like it.
