Hello one and all,

This is my first time here at The Lounge, but I figured where better to ask my question than here with the experts.

I'm looking to get a Standard P-Bass to replace my Epi EB-0, and I want to mod it out with vintage cosmetics, and I'm wondering if the Vintage P-Bass bridge will fit on a Standard P without any major modifications, ie. screw holes and such?

Judging from the pics below it might work (left is vintage). However I have not personally done this particular swap but it appears the holes should line up.

My guess is that they are the same. I chose a badass bridge for my '75 fretless. However while shopping for bridges, all the replacements for Fender (that I saw) just announced it as a P-bass bridge without distinguishing between models. Good luck.
