I bought my first Fender "P " in 1975. A white one with a black pickguard that carried me through high school jazz band and into the 80's. I went through the late 80's till 2008 playing a jazz in various situations involving many types of music. I have since retired from military aviation and decided to go back to a Precision bass.
I picked up an American Original 60's Precision in lake placid blue.
I know that I am not one of those "big name " artist and maybe you don't follow this forum board, but I have to say after 40 years of Fender bass, all of you are doing a FANTASTIC job. I see nothing but quality and fine workmanship in this bass.
I just wanted to say " good job " to the folks in the trenches that do all the sanding, painting, assembly, and polishing, you are making a superior product, and that is from someone who has used your product for many years.
I am from Cooperstown, N.Y. My Mom, who is 87 years old and was at the first baseball induction, still ask's me, "Are you still playing your Fender bass?"
Folks, your putting out a good product, Thank You.

I've always regarded Fender basses to be the industry benchmark, timeless pieces of perfection which will always have relevance regardless of playing style or musical genre. A pity that we can't order them through the PX, at least not stateside.

i am playing guitar in my high school band right now and it is of top quality Fender Stratocaster Electric Guitar. He is an absolute piece of beauty, i have been playing guitars but this guitar has such a nice fret board and sleak design that i can not tell. Soon we are having our high school performance, i got these back to school sales coupons through which i have got the shirts we wanted for our school performance in the school battle of the bands.

I have nothing but accolades for the world class quality coming out of Fender today. My 2012 American Standard Jazz is killer in every respect, and leaps & bounds better than anything I played coming out of the CBS Fullerton plant. The quality and workmanship of my new American Professional Precision is stellar, and the sound of the new VMOD pickups is the best I've ever heard.

I haven't seen or played any of the new Ensenada made Player series basses, but they sure are selling well and getting rave reviews. I am very happy to see Fender offer a lefty Precision too. If I didn't already have two superb American made Precisions, I would buy one for sure.

I have been using Fender Stratocaster Guitar since 2015 and it is one of the best quality guitar I ever use. This guitar has very good design and body. Those good old days when I used to play this game while shopping in grocery stores and won the cash prize of $500. I invested that money on buying Fender Guitar and rest is history :D . Soon I will do my first guitar event. I'm so excited 8)

Couldn't agree more my 2014 Am.Std Precision that I bought unseen & untried, is amazing in build quality & play-ability.

What I consider to be the finest Fender Bass I've ever acquired, my USA Geddy Lee Jazz. One of the smoothest neck on any MIA Jazz.
