Nice combinations, I like! Though I have to admit, "champagne" sure looks a lot like shoreline gold to me.

Pretty cool. 8) The first bass I ever owned had a Candy Apple Red finish, but it was a Peavey and not a Fender.

I'd like the Candy Apple Red with Maple. The Ocean Turquoise with Maple looks pretty smooth too.

They still have Candy Apple Red listed for the MIM Standard basses, but not listed in stock, so who knows if they are discontinued with that? It does look pretty sweet with the maple.

I've noticed the prices of said new stuff are often significantly higher, too. That's why I have stick with Squiers, I can't afford the other stuff. :P
