Select series Jazzmaster HH, comes set up with 009's.How well would it set up with heavier gauge strings? IE. 10's, 11's or even 12's-

It works well. Plan for a proper setup. Otherwise, your action may be too high and the intonation is likely to be off. Depending on how heavy you go, the nut and saddles may need filing. It will need filing at 11 or 12.

You'll need to adjust truss rod and intonation .
