I notice a "rattle" like sound coming from the headstock on my Jaguar when I give the instrument a shake. All the tuners seem solid, and do not rattle if they are tapped...just when the instrument is shaken slightly. No rattle under normal playing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Possibly the string tree? On one of my guitars (perhaps the Jaguarillo, with the same headstock as yours), my guitar tech discovered a similar headstock rattle that troubled him. He attempted to tighten the screw down on the string tree, but it had "bottomed out" prematurely (resin? a knot?). He replaced the screw with a shorter one and eliminated the vibration to his satisfaction.

I tightened up all the nuts on the tuning pegs..the ones on the front of the head stock that hold the peg in place. Each one was about a 1/4 to 1/2 turn loose. Problem solved. The guitar is about 18 months old. I "play" less than an hour per day, nothing harsh. The nut size was odd..10mm? The string was was solid..no issues there.
