I recently purchased this Japanese model Jaguar from someone on eBay and I'm not too happy with the bridge. The screws keep coming loose no matter how many times I screw them back in, which is quite annoying. Is there a replacement I can buy for this part that isn't too expensive and won't cause anymore trouble? I'm not too familiar with this sort of thing so feel free to talk to me like a child if you need to.

Bridge screws !!! Which ones ? Saddles screw ? Use Loctite , not the high strengt ......You know Loctite products ?

This bridge are not easy to adjust but work very well . It is a great guitar but it take time to love it very different than usual guitar .

Look on YouTube , must have video "how to ..."

Should I just replace it with a Mustang bridge?

You can replace it with the Mustang bridge, but you will have no string height adjustments.

Staytrem and Mastery aftermarket bridges also fit but they are expensive, especially the Mastery.

Just use blue loctite on all the screws and that should solve the problem.

Looks like the string intonation screw on your "A" string is a replacement - way too long.

Lots of replacement parts for your Jag can be found here:

If you don't have loctite but do have a woman in the house then borrow some clear nail varnish for the screws, keeps them in and easy enough to adjust and still hold. Mustang bridge will solve this problem but may contribute more to strings jumping out of saddles and a buzz stop may be required. I have no experience with mastery bridges but I hear they've the best option.

Keep same bridge and fix with Loctite . Nail varnish is not sometimes not enough strong . You can try , or some latex ( water ) paint ( ? )

But keep original bridge just learn how to work with .
