My CAR Squier VM Jazzmaster has a problem where the High E string bottoms out when bent to full pitch to do solo, but what can you do to get rid of this problem?

What do you mean by "bottoms out"? If you mean hitting the fretboard between the frets, the obvious solutions are to use thicker strings, or stop applying so much downwards force when bending. Calluses and using a single finger when bending might help with the latter.

Also check that you don't have too high action and too much relief.

That depends on where on the neck you have these problems.

If in the middle of neck, frets 4-9, the neck relief adjustment should not be too much - as mentioned by former poster.

To test neck relief - press first fret with left hand pinky finger, and fret where neck meets body with right hand any finger - then bump string at 7th fret with left hand thumb to see how much string moves before fretting at 7th - all this while maintaining fretted as mentioned.

At 7th it should move about thickness of first string, at least, but maybe not more than thickness of 4th string..

If playing on top frets, 12-2x, you need enough action height adjusting bridge to get a clean tone. Adjusting neck relief has no impact above 12th fret.

I usually adjust neck twice a year to accomodate for change in temperature and humidity of air.

Okay, but I have found a workaround by using my pinky when bending, It sounds nice this guitar, It is the CAR (Candy Apple Red + white pickguard) version, and at the store it came in a Squier J Mascis box! lol

If it still has the strings that it came from the store with, change them. Chances are that they're either the now very old factory strings, or the cheapest strings the store had, with the strength and rigidity of spaghetti.
