Hi all,
My first post, so I thought I would start with a query, which is becoming a bit problematic for me. I'm after a Fender case for my Kurt Cobain Mustang, but can't seem to find one which will fit without paying a fortune. I actually thought this looked okay http://www.guitarbitz.com/guitar-accessories-c1/guitar-hard-cases-flight-cases-c9/fender-pro-series-electric-guitar-case-black-p1926?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=fender-pro-series-guitar-case-black-0996180320&utm_campaign=product+listing+ads%3Futm_source%3Dgoogle&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=fender-pro-series-guitar-case-black-0996180320&utm_campaign=product%2Blisting%2Bads&gclid=CMPcvfr1iboCFYyWtAodHxoAug#1990, but wasn't so sure, as it says it just fits Strat's and Tele's. Does anyone know if I should give this one the green light and buy it. I have a moulded SBK case for my Tele, and that says for Strat's and Tele's too - but the Mustang body won't fit because of the moulded interior obviously, so I'm a bit torn about what to do. Thanks for any help.

All the best

I keep my Mustang in an old Lead series case.
Although one of the support bars was already removed-so the horns fit.

Most likely you will have to get a rectangular case of some sort for it.

I'm sure Fender makes something as well.

Thanks for your help  , I found a Gator case that fits for now, until I can afford the Fender's own brand Mustang case. If anyone is interested, I did some research, and the Gator GC-Elec-A case is a nice fit apparently, plus a well built case too.
