How high is the output for the Fender Enforcer pickup and what styles are they good for?

24K @ 7.5 Henries... put simply, it is a really hot pickup. I think they still use these in the John 5 tele. Heavy sounding pickup, pretty versatile though, if you roll off the volume a little, it cleans up nicely.

I've got the Enforcer pickups in my Jaguar Special HH and they don't seem overly hot to me at all. I would guess around 8 or 9k ohms seems to be how mine are.

They sound great for overdriven stuff but have a really nice clean sound as well.
