could someone please give me some information on this guitar and what it might go for? I have some photos although I don't see an option to add them. It has a green finish on top and a shiny, almost glittery cherry red back and the neck has an inlay of an olive with a toothpick going through it.

Wow, I have one too and this is about all the info I can find on it: a few people have them and can't find any info.

I really like mine.

Just curious if you still have this electro-lounge. Been looking all around for this guitar to add to my collection. I am willing to talk if you still have it.

Thanks,
Mike

I'm willing to talk, but not about selling it.

It's breaking in nicely so for me it's a keeper. My one reservation when I got it was the top seemed a bit tight, I guess because of that nice green finish, but it's really starting to mellowed out.

Plus (you can't tell from pictures) the back, sides & neck are Candy Apple Red Metal-flake (that's what I'd call it) so as far as acoustic guitars go, it's an all out eye-popper.

Sorry, hope you can fine another. I got mine through Musician's Friend (blow out? can't remember) so there must be some others out there. Good luck.

yea they only made so many of these for musicians friend and exclusively sold there. I remember getting the catalog and siting at my kitchen table looking at it. it was in my sophomore year of high school, so I was iffy about buying an expensive (at least at that time of my life) acoustic guitar. 6 years later I am punching myself over not getting it.

It's a shame you're not letting go of it, but I completely understand haha. Hopefully I can find someone dumb enough to get rid of it.

Hi Sprtzfnjr...

I just joined this site and funnily enough saw this post. I also have this same guitar and was considering selling it, hence me wanting to advertise it on here...

So you might just have found a guy dumb enough to sell his fender electro lounge trg... :D

send me an email and make an offer if you're still interested...

I bought the Fender Electro Lounge guitar from Musician's Friend in 2004. It was built in China and has a spruce top, mahogany body, mahog./rosewood neck and 25-1/2 scale. Fishman pickup. Gorgeous guitar. I haven't played it much (too many other guitars). The fret ends are kind of rough, so I will play it more once I smooth and polish them. I also have the Electro Lounge martini set, serving tray and coasters!

I will probably sell the whole package in the near future.

Old thread, I know.. but hey Mike, if you or anybody is still interested in this guitar, I own one that I'd like to trade or sell. It's been really good to me and has grown with me through the years. Contact me at skw_89@hotmail.com if you're interested in buying or trading. Will send you pictures of mine. It has a slight scratch right near the pick up but doesn't affect the sound at all. Thanks!
