All,

I noticed when the Johnny Marr signature Jaguar came out, the price remained consistent for a couple of months, and then it went down by about $100.00. I discovered a couple of days ago that most online retailers have raised the price back to around what it was before. Does anyone know why this happened?

Fender's Summer "instant rebate" deal included the Artist Signature models; since the Marr is a USA model, it got the $100 rebate. The program ran all Summer and ended on September 3 (Labor Day).

Thanks, John C. I was aware of the Fender "instant rebate," but it completely slipped my mind when I posted this question. Thanks for the clarification!
