I just want to know from Fender if this is a hoax or indeed real?

Thanks.

One feature that is missing (and really needed) on the Jag and Jazz is the Trem-o-loc.
Trem appears to be in the vintage position vs the position of the Classic Players.

And just the other day I was saying how I wished Squier would do a classic-style Jag... This is just TOO great! :D

They must mean MSRP of $579.99. Don't think many would actually pay that much for a Squier.

Awesome!!! Would love to get a Mustang! Now we have some more affordable Jags and Jazzmasters! Now, it is Squier we're talking about..... lets hope these things are half way decent. :?
I hope Fender has some other exciting guitars/amps up there sleeves for Summer NAMM! :D

Correct. My Jay Mascis Jazzmaster list $599.99MSRP, but I purchased it for $329.00 from MF with free shipping. I used to be a skeptic regarding the Squier brand, but my JM Jazzmaster arrived setup better than my $1800+ American Stratocaster and my Squier Cyclone is as good or better than my MIM strats. I'm a convert and I can hardly wait for these to hit our shores!

What do you mean hope they're half-way decent? Squier is at the top of their game in recent times with their CV and VM series guitars. These will be stellar.

I will cry myself to sleep if I hear the Mustangs are real. I do want a Jag pretty bad too, but I love the hell out of my VM Jazzmaster, and I can't handle having two guitars of the same shape. I hope this is a very profitable summer because I'm getting married and that's gonna cost a lot but if I just had a few hundred extra I'll be on that Mustang in a heartbeat.

GUYS IT'S HAPPENING! I don't know about the Jaguars as they aren't in the list yet but the Mustangs, and New VM Jazzmasters are up in the lists but aren't yet for sale it seems. I can deal with the Jags not being in yet as long as it eventually happens as being a poorfolk means I don't have the money to go buying guitars all the time.

Why are the bridge saddles too big for the string spacing?
The strings are hanging off the edges of some of them and they are all squashed together
Not very good quality control or design
