I find that the stock pickups of Blacktop Jaguar pickups sound a little dull and dark.
I am thinking of swapping them out for a Seymour Duncan JB on bridge and Seymour Duncan 59 on the neck. What do you guys think? Have anybody swapped out the stock pickups on a Jaguar Blacktop?

I swapped mine out with Mick Thomson active EMTY Seymour Duncan Blackouts. I just removed the tone pot to make room for the 9 volt battery under the chrome control plate, and I gotta say it sounds SICK!

I just picked up one of these a few days ago and was wondering if it's possible to switch out the stock pickups since I'm not a fan of the humbucker sound for SD Jazzmaster Antiquity II's. I'm not at all experienced with swapping pups but can this be done relatively easily?

you may have to do some routing work to fit a JM pup in the Jag. You could get some hot single coils and a humbucker to single coil adapter plate, then it's just a simple solder and drop in.

I've decided to swap out the stock pickups with Dimarzio DP100s, but I'm not sure if I would need the standard ones or F Spaced. I want to make sure I buy the right ones so if anyone could clear this up for me it'd be greatly appreciated.
