Only so far as the block markers.

Trem is closer to the bridge
Neck radius is modern 9.5 inch vs. the 7.25 inch radius of the 60's
No mute (although routed for it.)
Hotter pups than the 62, 65, or 66.

BTW, he didn't ask about the 50th anniversary, he asked about the difference between the '62 and '65.
