Were it my guitar, I'd have the pickups re-wound -- either by Lindy Fralin or Curtis Novak. The pots, selector switch, tone cap, output jack, wiring, etc are easily found on Ebay.

Replacing parts on any vintage instrument will exact a penalty from its value in the event you chose to sell it but re-winding the original pickups is preferable to installing reproductions IMO. In any case, save rather than discard all removed parts for the next owner's edification.

what would be the approximate price on it be it was made in the fullerton plant, still all orignal inside, refinished in the 70s and i found out what the problem was with the sound bad connection fixed it sounds like new .

Difficult to determine.

The lack of original finish is a definite-and-major deduction to the guitar's overall value. Does the guitar have its OHSC and bridge cover? These two details might help offset the loss caused by the re-finish.

In that case, perhaps $950 to $1100.

(depends upon how desperate the schmuck is who's interested in buying it)
