I love the way my jaguar hh sounds but i can't stand tortoise shell pickguards. Is there any way i could find a Jaguar pickguard for humbuckers? Solutions i have thought of- painting it.... or cutting up an aftermarket jag pickguard.

you might try Warmoth. Depending on the color/style they can run 25 and up. not sure if they still make Jag pickguards but I think they have a little tool to sort of design your own. It's been a long time since I was on their site.
