Looks like raw fookin' azz to me.

And a pox on the heretic who committed such blasphemy!

The listing says-
Quote:
The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear

Yeah, no kidding.
The horns wore right off.

Maybe the electronics & hardware is worth $230 (Which was the current bid when I checked it.)

There's nothing stranger than musicians.

Someone hacked up a Mustang in a failed attempt to make it look like a Vox Teardrop. Go figure..

That's not a Mustang,it's an abomination.Whatever fool did that should be banned from ever going near a guitar. It makes me sick when idiots ruin beautiful classic instruments,it's just a senseless waste.Even though the Mustang was a budget guitar at the time it still was a great sounding and playing guitar. When I got my '65 Mustang the previous owner stripped off the finish and did a very poor job varnishing it with a brush and I took great pains trying to get it back to some semblance of its original state. Ever since then I've been adamant about not altering vintage guitars in any way.

Agreed...some type of law similar to child molestors having to keep a certain distance from schools. Except not schools, music shops. lol. That being said, that's gotta be the worst attempt at customizing a guitar I've ever seen; on the other hand I'm certain you'd never have to worry about someone else having the same (or similar) guitar
