Hello i have a vintage 1962 fender jaguar and i have had a problem and need advice...the pickups sound great but when i switch to the rythm position it is significantly louder and has overdrive.... I know for a fact that the neck and bridge pups are in right... But in the lead circuit the pickups sound equall to eachother... I have taken it to a local music shop to get it wired when i first got it and there was still a big difference in the rythm circuit. does anyone have any advice

When you got it rewired were all the capacitors and pots checked also? The problem could be in a bad cap or pot if the wiring all checks out.
